Q: Does the pet camera support 5GHz Wi-Fi? Answer: No, it only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. If your router is dual-band, it is recommended that you separate them first and then connect the camera to the 2.4GHz band.   Q: Do I have to subscribe to Cloud as a Service? A: No, Cloud as a Service is not mandatory. The camera can record events within the last 24 hours up to 12 seconds. But if you need to record longer videos, insert a memory card or subscribe to Cloud as a Service.   Q: The camera cannot be connected. Answer: Please press and hold the reset button until the camera sounds and the indicator light starts flashing red, and then try to reconnect.   Q: Can I check the camera on different phones simultaneously? Answer: Yes. Please note that a Blurams account cannot be logged in on different phones simultaneously. Please sign up for a new Blurams account and share the camera with the new account.
