How long does it usually take for you to ship the goods?
Because we have a wide variety of wholesale products which can be quite complex, the order fulfillment speed is relatively slow. Generally, orders placed before 3 PM on the same day will be shipped that day. For particularly urgent orders, please communicate with customer service in advance to request early shipment.
In addition, to reduce the error rate of orders, we usually input the courier tracking number into the transaction information when placing an order. If you don't see the tracking record on the same day, it means that the shipment will be sent out the next day.

What kind of courier do you usually use for shipping?
We default to using STO Express (other couriers can be used if specifically requested), free shipping for orders over 38 yuan. For urgent items, you can choose SF Express, but generally, postage is paid upon delivery.
Our company has a wide variety of products, and generally everything is available on the shelves. By default, if there is a small amount out of stock, we will ship it directly without contacting you.
We will make notes, and if there is any shortage, please contact customer service upon receiving the goods for a refund. If you need to contact about shortages, please write in the order notes that you must contact us so that the warehouse can coordinate accordingly

What should I do if there are quality issues?
If you purchase any product from our company and encounter quality issues or shortages, please contact us promptly, and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible
1. If you find any products with functional failures or quality issues within 7 days of receipt (based on the date of receipt of the waybill), please contact us promptly; late claims will not be accepted, and false reports will not be tolerated once verified
2. If the buyer cites reasons such as dissatisfaction/dislike/not what I wanted or difficulty selling the product, but there are actually no quality issues with the product, we will not proceed with returns or exchanges
3. Regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged or not, customers need to open and inspect the package upon receipt. If any product is damaged due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant shipping company to issue a stamped certificate and provide it to us so that we can assist customers with claims; if goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not be responsible for any related liability
4. All customers please ensure the integrity of product packaging, complete accessories or related documents. If there are quality issues with the product itself, we will provide an exchange within the specified time frame
5. If the returned product packaging is incomplete, accessories or related materials are missing; unauthorized repairs or modifications have been made; it has not been used or stored according to normal methods; it has exceeded the product warranty period; or if the returned product has false labels attached, we will not be responsible for exchanges or returns
