Product return for repair:
1. 3. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs for product repairs; the customer is responsible for these costs.
Exchange issue:
1. Different products have corresponding warranty periods, which are generally from 3 months to 1 year.If quality issues arise during the warranty period and the damage is not caused by human error, a new product can be provided, depending on the extent of the external damage.The warranty period is indicated on the label
