The bag has a strange smell because we ship a large volume of bags every day and we pack new items promptly. Sometimes the oil edges are not completely dry yet, but they naturally disappear after opening for a few days. This is not a quality issue. 11. For customers, depending on the verbal or written agreement with customer service, if the goods are returned due to customer preference issues or other problems, the customer needs to bear the return shipping fee themselves.
