**Usage Instructions**:
1. Hold the sharpening rod: Grasp the handle of the sharpening rod with your left hand, and place the sharpening rod against a flat tabletop. Hold the knife with your right hand.
2. Sharpen the knife: Lean the knife edge against the sharpening rod, with the knife at an angle of 20° - 25° to the rod. Gently grind the knife in an arc shape from the tail of the blade to the tip. Be careful to sharpen lightly and not apply too much force.
3. Alternate sharpening: Do not sharpen only one side; the other side also needs to be sharpened. Keep the sharpening rod still and switch the knife to the other side of the sharpening rod and sharpen the other side of the blade in the same way. Alternate between the two sides when sharpening to ensure an equal amount of grinding on both sides.
4. Cleaning and Maintenance: After sharpening, wipe the sharpening rod clean with a dry cloth. Do not wash it with water. Store it in a dry and ventilated place.
