To ensure the responsibilities and obligations of both buyer and seller, these regulations have been specially established. Please understand! In principle, we do not accept returns of products due to factory quality issues, but exchanges can be negotiated. However, the transportation costs incurred will be borne by the buyer. Our quoted prices are ex-factory prices and do not include any fees.All of our products undergo strict inspection by quality inspectors to ensure 100% product quality without issues. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will arrive without problems, and 2%-3% are within the exemption range.
The following conditions do not qualify for returns or exchanges: products with damaged or incomplete packaging, incomplete product accessories or related documents, products that have been repaired or modified without authorization, products that have not been used in accordance with normal methods, or products that have been damaged by human error.
1. Shipping time:
After the customer places an order and makes payment, the shipment is generally arranged within 3 days. Orders placed or paid for after 16:30 each day are considered to be shipped the next day.If there are too many orders, we will try to arrange shipment within three days.If there is a special order with a relatively large quantity, please communicate with us about the specific delivery time, and the delivery time will be based on the agreement between both parties. If there is a special need to choose a courier service, please communicate with customer service in a timely manner.
2. Shipping Fee Information
1. Logistics: We can only estimate the shipping cost for the goods, the actual shipping cost will be based on the amount paid upon pickup. We can control the shipping time, but we cannot accurately predict the arrival time at the freight station, please understand! 2. Express Delivery: We will calculate the express delivery cost and add it to the order before payment.3. We do not cover the return shipping costs for any orders, and we do not cover the shipping costs for exchanges or returns. Please be sure to read carefully before placing an order.
3. Receipt instructions:
1. Please ensure that the buyer personally checks the package for accuracy before signing for it.If you find that the quantity does not match or the goods are damaged, please immediately seal the package as it is and refuse to sign for it. Contact the store owner immediately in front of the courier, and only after confirmation by the owner can the item be returned.Once signed for, our store assumes no responsibility. Please be aware!!! The same applies to issues arising after someone else signs for the package, so please make sure to sign for it yourself!
2. When picking up the goods, buyers should carefully inspect the goods in front of the logistics company personnel. If they find that the outer box is severely deformed or damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box and check the contents immediately. If any discrepancies are found, the buyer must negotiate with the logistics company for compensation on the spot. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us promptly at the freight station for negotiation; otherwise, the receipt of the goods will be considered as acceptance of the merchandise.
Four: Regarding after-sales service:
If there is a product quality issue, customers can negotiate with our customer service for an exchange. Once we receive the returned product and it is in good condition with all packaging and accessories intact, we will send out a replacement. If a return is required, we will refund the price of the product and do not bear any costs associated with transportation.
5. Exemption Clause
1. The goods are produced and shipped according to customer orders. The products are generally made of plastic materials, and the packaging is made of paper. During transportation, especially in long-distance deliveries, there may be some cases where..
The product may sustain some damage during transportation, such as minor scratches due to collisions or slight deformation of some color boxes. To prevent such damage, we use double-layer packaging, add cushioning materials, and stack items compactly. However, transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company and is beyond our control. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by transportation.The transportation time is affected by various factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and is not a valid reason for returns.
2. Our toys are of high quality and low price, offering great value for money. Some buyers may feel that the craftsmanship is somewhat rough, there are defects, the materials are not good, or they are not as good as they imagined, but these issues do not constitute quality problems. No product is perfect, and all our products are shown in actual photos uploaded to the website. We apologize to buyers who are too picky. Please consider this carefully when purchasing, and if you have any questions, please consult us.
3. All dimensions are measured manually, and a 1-2CM error is normal.
Special Note: Our store does not support returns or exchanges without a valid reason! For reasons such as poor sales or not being as good as imagined, which are not related to product quality issues, we will not provide returns or exchanges.If the product is indeed to be returned in a condition where the packaging is intact and it does not affect secondary sales, a discount will be applied based on the time elapsed, and the buyer will bear all shipping costs.
