2. Regarding product prices and free shipping
Our store operates on a policy of low margins and high volume, prices are non-negotiable, and shipping is not included (except during promotional periods). 3. Regarding out-of-stock items
Because it is a made-to-order product, the daily shipment volume is very large, so we cannot guarantee 100% that we will have the goods available when fulfilling your order. However, we guarantee that if there is a temporary shortage, we will notify you immediately and seek your consent before proceeding with the handling.
4. Regarding shipping costs - there are two types (logistics costs and express delivery costs)
1. Logistics costs

When the goods arrive at the destination, the logistics company will notify you to bring the recipient's ID card to pick up the goods. The actual charges by the logistics company will be the final amount
2. Shipping costs
Shipping fees are charged based on weight. For your convenience in placing orders, we have set the product weights and shipping charges in our system. The fee displayed when you place an order is the actual shipping cost. We do not make any profit from shipping, and we hope you understand
5. Regarding Shipping
Under normal circumstances, orders placed and paid for by 5 PM on the same day can be shipped out on the same day, usually within 48 hours. Due to the high volume of shipments daily, orders are shipped in the order they were received. We hope for your understanding! (During holidays or major promotional events, when order volumes are high, shipping times may be adjusted. There will usually be an announcement. Please consult customer service for details. 6. Regarding the receipt of express delivery and logistics

After-sales Return and Exchange Policy
1. The following situations allow for returns and exchanges:
1. Product damage
If the wrong item is sent (wrong color, style, size), if there is a missing item, significant stains, large areas of discoloration, or severe fraying that render the item unsellable, you can apply for a return or exchange. When applying for a return or exchange, please be sure to take photos first and then contact our customer service staff to discuss the matter. 2. The following situations do not qualify for returns or exchanges:
