Please note the following crucial points regarding compatibility between Reolink Doorbells and Chimes: 1. Version Compatibility: Video Doorbell PoE/WiFi (plug-in): The V1 doorbell is compatible only with the V1 Chime, whereas V2 and V3 Doorbells are compatible with V2 Chime. These combinations are not interchangeable. Reolink Video Doorbell (Battery) is compatible only with the V2 Chime. 2. Doorbell Connection Restriction: V1 Doorbells support connection to a single Chime, whereas V2 and V3 models and Doorbell Battery can pair with multiple Chimes, up to a maximum of five. 3. Chime Connection Restriction: Each Chime can only be paired with one doorbell at a time, meaning multiple doorbells cannot share the same chime. 4. Exclusive Compatibility: Reolink Chimes can only be used with Reolink Video Doorbell cameras, and vice versa.
